Keir Thelander

I grew up in Indianapolis, attending Purdue University for undergrad and majoring in Electrical Engineering graduating in 1995 and starting medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine. Moving from Indy to Cleveland, OH, for residency in 1999. Towards the end of residency is when I felt called to discipling and training of other General Surgeons. Shortly there after, an opportunity to do those things in Africa at Bongolo Hospital in Gabon presented itself. After much prayer, myself, my wife, and our 2 children moved to France for language training and then arrived in Bongolo in August of 2006. After 10 years of service at Bongolo Hospital with PAACS, God called us back to the US for me to serve as the Chief Medical Officer of PAACS.
