Jack Pike has been a physician assistant (PA) since 1975 and was a senior PA in the cardiothoracic surgery service at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, Connecticut for 23 years until 2015 when he switched to Occupational Health for sanity and lifestyle. He retired in 2016 but continues to actively work per diem. He also is an adjunct clinical assistant professor at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. He is married to a wonderful Christian lady, Linda, who is a licensed clinical social worker, Christian counselor and author and they live in Middletown. Between them, they have four children.
Jack was a member of the GHO advisory council for several years and has been on many mission trips to multiple countries with GHO and his church. In 2015 he was honored to be elected to the CMDA Board of Trustees where he is currently serving in his second term. Along with being a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations and the Fellowship of Christian PAs, a specialty section of CMDA, he is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Jack is a musician (guitar and drums) and vocalist. He has been a ham radio operator (K1OI) since 1976. One other very enjoyable and blessed position is to be an on-air host at a Christian radio station in MIddletown CT. www.wihsradio.org
