V Chen, MD MPH
Global Coordinator of Field Ministries, Medical Ambassadors International
Dr. V Chen has worked with Medical Ambassadors International since 2007 and currently serves as Global Coordinator of Field Ministries. From 2008 to 2014 he served as an MAI Country Coordinator in Central Asia where he helped train organizations in wholistic community development, working in the sectors of Community Development and Preventative Health. Dr. Chen received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine and his Masters of Public Health degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health. Before joining MAI, he worked as a Faculty Physician in the Stanislaus County Family Medicine Residency Program and in a county health center in west Modesto. Victor and his wife, Christine, live with their two daughters in Modesto, California.
