Daniel Tolan, MD
Daniel and Cindy Tolan are committed to awakening, mentoring and mobilizing the next generation of missionaries. The goal is “Health and Wholeness for all People … for the name of Jesus”. The Tolans have been missionaries with World Gospel Mission since 1978. Daniel is a medical doctor and together the Tolan family spent 13 years in Kenya. Now on special assignment with World Gospel Mission, Daniel and Cindy currently are involved in three areas of missions emphasis. 1. College student and young adult ministry with the Well, a campus student ministry, challenging them to lead life-long missional lives. 2. Daniel works with the Christian Medical and Dental Associations’ Center for Medical Missions teaching, training, and mentoring new medical missionaries. 3. World Gospel Mission is developing a Global Advisory team for strategic planning, development, and mobilization in new areas of worldwide missions. Daniel has been asked to be the Global Health advisor. Daniel and Cindy have 4 children, all blessed with wonderful spouses, and 8 very special grandchildren.
