Dr. Mike Chupp spent 23 years in general surgery practice both in St. Joseph, Michigan with Southwestern Medical Clinic (seven years) and at Tenwek Mission Hospital in Kenya (16 years). Mike also discovered the surprising fulfillment of work as an orthopedic surgery consultant and Medical Director at Tenwek Hospital over the course of two decades. In 2016 Mike and his wife Pam and family moved from Kenya to Bristol, Tennessee to become the Executive Vice President of CMDA. In September 2019 he will assume the position of CEO of CMDA, following Dr. David Stevens.
